Innovative Catering History
Innovative Catering started out in Lynchburg as a local street vending company called
"The Dog Pound Catering and Concessions" in 1996. They specialized in New Jersey and New
York style all Beef Hot Dogs from Nathans, Sabbrett's and Sunny Land Hot Dogs as well as
Polish Sausage, Burgers and Pit Cooked BBQ. The food was a hit!
In the late 1990's they moved into Indoor Catering and Banquets as well as Picnic Style
Barbeques, for local corporations such as Ericsson, Diebold ATM, Merck Pharmaceutical,
Wegman USA, and Centra Health.
With their customer friendly staff, large BBQ grills,
New York style hot dog carts and a special flair for extraordinary food, they soon became
known as the Creative Caterers.
Over the next 8 years, Creative Catering with their love for great food, served thousands upon thousands of people in the Lynchburg Area building a reputation for quality food at an affordable price. Serving groups from 4 to 4000, their hard work and talent had paid off and their reputation had grown to a new level.
In 2007 the company formed Innovative Catering Inc. and is widely known for their superior customer friendly staff that can tackle any food challenge you put before them. No job is too big or too small for the hard working staff of Innovative Catering. It's their simple motto of "We Do the Work...You Take the Credit" that has earned them the reputation for Virginia's Number One Corporate Catering Service.
