Innovative Catering Inc. is owned by CEO and executive chef Michael Mascera.

It originally started out as a street vending company specializing in hot dogs, burgers, and BBQ. For a complete history of the company, visit our History Page.

Since the beginning Innovative Catering has always had a reputation for delivering food with the highest quality and taste. Our head chef and his trained staff have incorporated this high level of quality into a variety of menus that are varied and unique, simple but elegant, and always fresh and well presented.

We specialize in everything from boxed lunches for business and community events to elaborate receptions and dinner parties. We serve in Lynchburg, Roanoke, Danville, Charlottesville and surrounding areas.
